Join us on the beach at 59th Street for community beach yoga.  The class is free but donations for local charities are appreciated.

TRT is the area's answer to country music. A unique collection of musicians from varying backgrounds, each member was selected not only for their musical prowess, but their ability to put on a show.   

Add new experience of yoga with a rooftop view over the water. Basic power yoga session on rooftop pool deck at Princess Bayside Hotel, 48th st. Practice is basic postures for strength, more of an intermediate level and, therefore, best for those with some yoga experience and/or those with no injury. Free garage parking available.
