Opposite Directions was formed in 1986 and since then they have played up and down the East coast from Maine to Florida and as far out West as Colorado and Wyoming. While they mostly play in Ocean City\, MD these days\, they still manage to get out of town to other places in the Mid Atlantic every once in a while. Opposite Directions quickly developed a reputation for their tight harmonies and excellent guitar work. Voted the “Best Acoustic Rock Duo ” by Beachcomber Magazine\, where ever they are playing is considered the place to be for great acoustic music. You will often hear songs by such artists as James Taylor\, Jim Croce\, CSNY\, America\, Jimmy Buffet and others as well as their own songs from their release “Seeds of Change” but Opposite Directions also covers a wide range of musical styles from blue grass to modern rock to blues to reggae.\n
