Halloween in Berlin

Enjoy Halloween in the small town of Berlin, Md. Main Street will be closed from West and Main Streets to Main and Tripoli Streets. 
 
Candy screening will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Berlin Town Hall downstairs.
