YouYoga SaltYoga Practice in Himalayan Salt Room

Friday mornings from 6:30am-7:15am  Start off your day and weekend by balancing your body,mind & spirit to find ease and stillness to allow optimal health to flourish. The salt room provides healing salt. All levels welcome! Instructor: Jenny Lind, RYT 500. 
$15.00 Drop-in fee. Mats are provided.
